Louise's personality

Lousie was supposed to become like Oguma and Azuki, a deer meant to only care about business and only associate with herbivores, but after all he went through he lost his antagonistic feelings towards carnivores and became more sympatethic towards them.

Oguma said in his deathbed that the Horns Conglomerate was in good hands with Louis at the same time Louis realized that despite not being able to fully show it, Oguma was proud of him and did care of him as more than just a cog in his business. So Louis going with his father's will makes sense.

He broke up with Juno, sure, but he had said much earlier in the story that he didn't want to cause her trouble by making her a misfit of society by being in a relationship with her and she also acknowledged to herself earlier in the story that the life she wants is achievable to her with same species marriage. And instead of becoming his side-piece or mistress or crying and begging him to change his mind, she walked away without any ill feelings and her head held up high, though she did leave him with the curse of not being satisfied with a fangless kiss, her way of getting the last playful laugh in their relationship.

The last panel also shows that he will make the effort of getting along with Azuki, instead of just treating her like a business partner. Maybe they will warm up to each other, if not as lovers then at least good friends. Not all arranged marriages are miserable. And Azuki agreed to go to a museum with him, even if it didn't help the company as she was raised to do everything for the company and nothing else.

And he did visit the Shishigumi and promise to hire them once they release. He can also help other carnivores looking for job with predation backgrounds, who wouldn't be able to get jobs in other herbivore owned companies as mentioned in the story as well.

And he'll surely keep in touch with Legoshi and Haru in the future, but he is leading his own life with his own responsibilities. Not all friends stay super close after school, but it doesn't change that they are friends.
